These events span the calendar and country, ensuring you have plenty of opportunities to learn more about the CRM system and connect with fellow Salesforce users. If you want to expand your Salesforce knowledge, you need to put one of these Salesforce events on your calendar for 2020.

Salesforce hosts several noteworthy events each year for users, system integrators, developers, admins, educators, and anyone interested in learning more about its powerful CRM technology.
Salesforce World Tour
When: Various Dates
Where: Multiple Locations
The Salesforce World Tour event is held on various dates throughout the year in 12 major cities around the world: Amsterdam, Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, London, Los Angeles, New York City, Paris, Sydney, Tokyo, Toronto, and Washington, D.C. These events allow you to connect with customers and other business trailblazers, as well as learn about new Salesforce products and innovations.
Higher Ed Summit
When: April 29 - May 1
Where: Indianapolis, Indiana
This year’s 8th Annual Higher Ed Summit is cohosted by Salesforce and Indiana University. It’s an ed tech conference that unites higher education professionals to celebrate the education community and look toward its future.
Fun Fact: Formstack is headquarted in Indianapolis! We are very excited to welcome Higher Ed Summit attendees to Circle City. It's also Indiana University's bicentennial year, so we bet there will be lots of great surprises.
TrailheaDX
When: June 9 - 10
Where: San Francisco, CA
TrailheadX is a must-attend event for Salesforce developers and admins. It features hands-on learning led by Salesforce engineers, product leaders, and the powerful Trailblazer community.
Dreamforce
When: November 9 – 12
Where: San Francisco, CA
Dreamforce is Salesforce’s flagship event, and it is massive. If you only attend one Salesforce event all year, this should be the one. This annual user conference brings together thousands of thought leaders, industry pioneers, and IT professionals from around the world and effectively shuts down the city of San Francisco for four days.
Community-Hosted Events
The Salesforce community is full of people who love to learn and connect with other Salesforce users. That’s why there are numerous community-led events throughout the year that provide opportunities for connection, inspiration, education, and enjoyment.
Dreamforce Global Gatherings
When: Various Dates
Where: Multiple Locations
If you didn’t make it to Dreamforce 2019, you now have access to events solely focused on sharing the best learnings from this major event. Throughout January and February, Salesforce Communities across the country will be hosting 250+ Dreamforce Global Gatherings to share the wealth of knowledge that comes out of Dreamforce.
Southeast Dreamin’
When: March 26 - 27
Where: Atlanta, GA
Southeast Dreamin’ is a networking and learning event created by Salesforce users for Salesforce users. It includes hands-on workshops, keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and a Demo Jam.
NorCal Dreamin’
When: August 6 - 7
Where: South Lake Tahoe
NorCal Dreamin'—previously known as Tahoe Dreamin’—is an event led by Salesforce power users. It includes 35+ learning sessions, product demos, hands-on training, keynote speeches, networking opportunities, and more. Whether you’re an admin, developer, executive, marketer, nonprofit professional, or public sector worker, this event has something for you.
Midwest Dreamin’
When: July 22 - 24
Where: Minneapolis, MN
Midwest Dreamin’ is another Salesforce community event with a mission to facilitate learning and collaboration among Salesforce users. The conference is in its eighth year and expects to host more than 700 admins, developers, and users in 2020.
Northeast Dreamin’
When: September 14 - 15
Where: Providence, RI
Northeast Dreamin' was a brand new Salesforce community user conference in 2018. Like the other Dreamin’ events, it’s meant to bring Salesforce community members together for learning, networking, and fun.
