Improve the user experience.
Your guests don’t want to spend 20 minutes filling out a survey after their stay. It's important to ask the right questions as succinctly as possible. Use Matrix fields to let customers rate different aspects of their experience on a scale of 1-5, or use Rating fields to collect star or heart ratings.
Follow up quickly.
Make sure to include a Date field on your survey and have an email automatically sent to a staff member. If there is any negative feedback in your survey, timely and sufficient follow-up can appease a dissatisfied client and possibly repair a customer relationship.
