Why did Formstack’s Conversion Kit add-on initially pique your interest?

The campaign tracker feature initially piqued my interest. In particular, the fact that I can embed UTM parameters in hidden fields on the form and send them to my CRM (SFDC).

How has your company put the Conversion Kit features to use?

We are currently using the Campaign Tracking tool to send custom UTM parameters to SFDC so that we can track campaign success. We are also using the Google Analytics feature to track form submissions as goals in Google Analytics. Being able to see a form view as an event in real-time is always good. It would be interesting to make an audience of people who viewed the form but never took action. Ah ideas...Additionally, we are about to test with the A/B Testing feature, and the Field Bottlenecks provide interesting data for optimizing forms.

What benefits have you seen since implementing the Conversion Kit?

Our Growth Team is able to act more quickly with the referral data of the form submitter presented in real-time. It helps us track campaign performance and inject that campaign performance into different analytics tools seamlessly. Also, the Google Analytics integration is great for tracking form-related events.

Do you have plans for other ways you’d like to use Formstack’s form conversion features in the future?

We are currently running a lot of Facebook ads, so I may test Facebook Autofill. We are definitely going to run an A/B test soon.
