Formstack Announces Corporate Expansion with Colorado Springs Office

Online data capture provider to invest in 8,300-square-foot office downtown, adding 55 new jobs

COLORADO SPRINGS (Dec. 6, 2017)Formstack, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company with a mission to empower its users through simple and elegant tools that remove the complexity from everyday business processes, today announced plans to open a new office in Colorado Springs, Colo. In conjunction with the announcement, the company also revealed plans to add 55 new jobs.

“Formstack has a largely remote workforce with employees scattered across the United States and around the globe, and we saw a concentration taking place in the Colorado Springs area, including myself,” said Dustin Sapp, COO of Formstack. “We saw the city as a natural fit for our continued growth with its strong access to talent, central location and a quality of life that fits the Formstack culture.”

The online data capture provider’s headquarters will remain in Indianapolis, Ind. The Colorado Springs office opening comes at a time of sustained growth, with the company anticipating continued revenue expansion in 2017, a 50 percent increase in its remote workforce of already over 120 and further product enhancements to scale Formstack’s online form solutions.

The office will serve as a hub for the company’s outbound sales, mid-market and enterprise team, bringing high-quality jobs to the area. In the past decade, the Formstack product has grown to include over 500,000 users in 112 countries, and the company continues to report positive annual revenue growth. In 2016, Formstack reported a 125 percent increase in new revenue from its highest paid subscription plan.

The office will be located at 6 S. Tejon Street. Formstack plans to formally open its Colorado Springs operation in April 2018.
