Dear consultants, agencies, & our broader partner community,

We're happy to share that we have unified our partner program, making it your go-to source for online forms, document generation, and eSignature. It’s fitting that we close 2019 and open 2020 with a unified partner program that ties together the products Formstack has rolled out over the course of this year—adding Formstack Documents, Formstack Sign and Formstack Sync to our Forms products.

When creating this program, we wanted it to be the most partner-centric program in the world. I took to interviewing our partners (which will be an ongoing series with over 20 interviews published to date) and getting feedback on key themes.

What we heard is:

  • “Your products need to be great, because it starts with solving problems for our customers.”
  • "Your products consistently solve our customer challenges in ways that are more user friendly than other tools."
  • “You need to be highly responsive to our needs in serving our customers and give us different ways to engage. Sometimes we need to spin up a free trial to show a customer, sometimes we need a quick validation on a use case for us to recommend, and sometimes we need your team’s help in presenting to our customers.”
  • “Support really, really matters. If we are referring you to our customers, they must have a great customer experience. And if we need help, we need to get answers quickly.”
  • “Programs like co-marketing and bringing us in for referrals are greatly appreciated.”

Our view is that partnership requires investment—of our time and resources. We have and will continue to put forth a significant investment in our community of partners, which has quickly grown to many hundreds of consulting firms, agencies, and tech partnerships.
