Want to spice up your Formstack forms for the holidays? Look no further than these fun header downloads. All you have to do is click and save your favorite holiday header, create a new Theme and drop one of these images in the Header Image section of the Theme builder. If you want to create your own Formstack headers, it’s easy! We recommend using a width of 700 pixels.
