G2 has recently published their Fall 2020 Grid Reports ranking the performance of a variety of SaaS solutions. In the Fall report, Formstack was recognized as a Leader across the three categories of online form builder, document generation, and eSignature. This is a particularly exciting achievement as our score was compiled in part using data from our very own customers. We love receiving and implementing feedback from our customers, and we’re proud to see that effort reflected here.
As the world’s largest tech marketplace, G2 is dedicated to helping enterprises discover peer-reviewed digital business tools. It provides ratings and rankings based on more than a million authentic reviews with democratic feedback from real SaaS app users.
Today, we’re looking at Formstack’s G2 implementation score and usability scores across the categories of online form builder, document generation, and eSignature. These scores were calculated by a proprietary algorithm that factors in real-user satisfaction ratings for a number of implementation and usability-related review questions.
Online Form Builder
Based on a large market presence and high customer Satisfaction scores, Formstack has been named a Leader in the area of online form building. 94% of users rated Formstack 4 or 5 stars and 88% of users said they would highly recommend Formstack.

Based on a large market presence and high customer Satisfaction scores, Formstack Documents has been named a Leader in the area of document generation. 100% of Formstack Documents users rated the product 4 or 5 stars with 95% of users saying they would likely recommend the product to other users.
