Today, we’re launching the Formstack COVID-19 Relief Program. From now until August 1, 2020, we’re offering a free Formstack Forms HIPAA plan to all qualified US-based healthcare, nonprofit, and government organizations collecting HIPAA data as it relates to COVID-19.
