An indexed record is a unique record from your source systems. Formstack Sync indexes your full database for connected objects and allows you to use field-driven rules to control which of these records sync to your connected applications. Sync uses the index to ensure new records from the connected system are matched to existing records and don't create duplicates. If the same record (such as a contact with the same email address) is in multiple connected systems, this counts as one indexed record. To determine the right tier, add up all leads/contacts, companies, and opportunities in your applications and subtract the number of duplicate records between those applications.
Formstack Sync is sold as an annual software subscription. You may pay for the full year upfront, but we also offer monthly automatic billing.
We don’t offer a free trial for our Sync product. Due to the need for unique configurations of CRM and marketing automation systems, we’ve found that assisted onboarding is required to set up an integration.
Our team will provide you with a tailored onboarding experience for a standard fee that is based on the level of support you require. The distinction will be around whether you have a user who will be the admin of the sync (e.g. setting up and managing field mappings and rules) or if you would like the Sync team to handle that role for you. Onboarding includes mapping fields, setting up dynamic rules for when data syncs, determining system of record on a field by field basis, testing, and ultimately setting the integration to go live. After this, you're paired with a customer success manager for any ongoing assistance you may require.
