Use this new ability to keep participants, both inside and outside the workflow, updated on the progress of their submission. You can even personalize the assignment email that is sent when a user is assigned a step of the workflow. Learn more about this workflows feature and test it out yourself.

Advanced PDFs

One of the biggest improvement requests we’ve received at Formstack is around users wanting to change the appearance of their exported PDFs. We’re happy to announce our new Advanced PDFs feature now lets you customize the look and feel of your PDFs.With the new Advanced PDFs feature, you can add a logo to your PDFs to make them look branded and professional. You can toggle field categories on and off to only show relevant information on the PDFs. You can even attach PDFs to confirmation and notification emails, so everyone has a copy of the information that was submitted. Form Activation

Need to turn on your form at a specific time? Well, now you can with our new form activation feature! You’re now able to set a date and time for your form to activate and start accepting submissions. This is great if you need your form to start collecting data at a time when you’re away from your computer. Use this new feature to collect contest entries at a specific time or to register people for an event on a particular date.

And so much more…

That’s just a small glimpse into the many exciting things that were accomplished this past quarter. On top of all these projects, we’ve been updating the user experience and squashing pesky bugs to create a better application for our customers. We have some exciting things coming down the line for Q2, and I can’t wait to share those with you soon.

Last year was an amazing year for us. Missed our product roundup from last year? Check out what we did in Q4 of 2017 down below!
