Episode Transcript

The Formstack team is plugging away on our summer projects, and we’re excited to launch a couple of highly-requested features that we’ve had in the pipeline. Our latest two features will make it even easier to promote and optimize your online forms so you can get the most submissions possible.

Facebook Tab Embed

With our new Facebook Tab Embed feature, you can publish any Formstack form directly on your Facebook page without any code or hacking. Visitors can access your online forms directly within the tab on your company or brand’s Facebook page. This feature eliminates the friction of needing to promote a link or asking your users to click away from Facebook to complete a form. Leverage this feature for event registrations, contests, email signups and more – keeping your users in their “environment” will encourage better engagement and completion rates.

To launch this feature, all you need to do is authenticate your Facebook account within the “Publish” tab and select which form you want to put on your company page. It’s seriously that easy! To get the complete walkthrough, check out our Support document on this new feature.

Google Analytics Plugin

Formstack already offers some awesome in-app metrics to help you gauge the performance of your form, such as field bottlenecks, insight on referral traffic, and conversion rates. But what if you want even more Analytics superpowers? With this new feature, Google Analytics will be added directly to your form to track successful submissions and provide better insight on your form’s performance. If you or your marketing team uses Google Analytics on your site, this tool will bring another perspective to your data so you can optimize your site.

To activate this plugin, look for it in your Settings tab. Our Support doc has more information on how to set up this feature.

Maximize Your Forms Today!

These two features are only available on our Teams plan and higher. If you’re interested in upgrading or testing these features, please reach out to our Sales team. If your plan allows you access to these features, log in today and try them out!
