Process:

After submitting your application . . .
Set up a COR Summit for your church by contacting cor@cye.org or call (269) 471-8380.
Seek elders, board and business session vote to become a COR congregation.
Once you have formally voted to becoming a COR Congregation, you will be assigned a COR coach who will offer you ways to incorporate the 9 COR Values into your congregation DNA.
After you are certified, you’ll need to provide a short online yearly report on how you are actively incorporating the 9 COR Values into your ministry mix.
