Member Rate: $695/person Non-Member Rate: $815/person SCHOOL Teams of two or more MSAA Members: $655 per person. Administrators in the same school must register at the same time to qualify for the group rate. If you qualify for the group rate, please fill out a separate form for each registrant. The time stamps on each submission will allow us to combine the registrations and apply the discount. Cancellations received up to 72 hours before the Summer Institute begins will be honored.

This form is for Conference Registration only. Hotel registrations must be made separately. Credit Card: If you would like to pay by credit card, please contact Susan Cauley, 508-541-9851 to process at least 72 hours prior to the event. Please note, we charge a 3% maintenance fee for credit card use ($3.00 min).
Check: To pay by check, please make it payable to MSAA and mail it to 33 Forge Parkway, Franklin, MA, 02038. The check must arrive 72 hours prior to the event.

If payment is not secured according to the above guidelines, your registration will be withdrawn.
