This in-person orientation workshop fulfills the MIAA mandatory attendance requirement for new Principals and Athletic Directors per MIAA Handbook Rule 32.1

MIAA Orientation/Induction Workshop for Principals & Athletic Directors

The MIAA is excited to announce that the next MIAA Orientation Workshop for Principals & Athletic Directors will be offered on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 in conjunction with the MSSADA Conference in Hyannis. This is an in-person workshop with no virtual option.

This workshop is open to all that wish to have a better understanding of the MIAA Handbook rules and regulations. Topics will include:

ü Overview of the MIAA

ü Small group discussions – real situations

ü Technology – MIAA website & social media

ü MIAA eligibility rules, certifying eligibility & waiver forms

ü Recognized sport season limits & cut-off dates

When: Tuesday, March 29, 2022 from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Delivery Method: In-Person Workshop

Location: Resort & Conference Center @ Hyannis- 35 Scudder Ave, Hyannis, MA

Fees: $60 per person. Lunch will be provided
