The undersigned, as Data subject or for his/her own account and in his/her capacity of person exercising the parental authority on the Data subject, hereby declares to have read and understood the Privacy Notice and acknowledges that the Data shall be processed for the purposes referred to under paragraph 1, lett. a), b) and c) of the Privacy Notice, namely for purposes related to the Academy Project’s enrollment and attendance as well as administrative/accounting purposes and statistical purposes on anonymised data, and in addition
