About the Kickstart Program
The OnCall Air Custom Equipment Kickstart Program helps you get started by pre-loading content for HVAC equipment brands that do not benefit from the automation that our Connected Partners have.
Note: The "Custom Equipment" term refers to those products and brands that are not from our Connected Partners.
The Kickstart Program does the following:
- Pre-load product descriptions for residential equipment
- Pre-load product images
- Pre-load series / family information
This is done for the following equipment types, where available: Furnace, AC, Heat Pump, Coils, Air Handlers, Packaged Systems.
Conditions
To request the use of this program, you must agree to the following conditions:
- You are an authorized user for your company
- Your company has the rights to market the equipment brands you are requesting
- You agree that this is a one-time program. Unlike our connected partner brands, this content is only loaded once. Maintenance of this content is up to you.
- You agree that OnCall Air is NOT responsible for the quality or accuracy of the content. We make efforts to ensure accuracy, but unlike our connected brands we do not have a daily update of the content.
- You acknowledge that the Kickstart program does not automate the loading of the specific model numbers, or the creation of bundles (aka, Matchups) in your system.
