In order to safeguard the health of our UoB Dubai community (including staff, students, and their respective families), we ask that you complete this online declaration of travel form which includes travel to/from UAE.

Please note: This form is for all travel in and out of the country after 1^st August, 2022. Date implies to travel requirements for 2022-23 academic year.

This is in line with current prevention and control policy of COVID-19 (New Coronavirus) of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education.

All those who study or work who have travelled outside the UAE and return after 1st August 2022 must demonstrate by medical certificate that they are free from the COVID-19 virus prior to entering the educational institution.
