Kindly fill out the form below so we can get a better understanding of why you feel you are unable to commit to the assessed tuition contract we offered you. Please answer the questions in detail about your unique situation, so we can get an accurate picture. All the information provided will be kept in the strictest confidence.

Keep in mind that you have been already awarded a scholarship based on your tuition assistance application and the tuition committee will need a compelling reason for hardship to revise your tuition contract. After reviewing the additional information provided, the tuition committee will determine if they can honor your request and lower your tuition or if more information will be needed through a meeting over the phone meeting or in-person.
