Note: Standard playing card decks have 54 cards. 52 standard cards plus 2 joker cards.
Note: Standard jokers are printed with Shuffled Ink logo. Please select "Blind" if you would like generic joker art.
Card Face Style*
Note: The only card stocks available for 4.0" x 6.0" sized cards and larger are 410gsm smooth finish and 330gsm smooth finish.

Standard Card Stock Info

  • 300gsm Premium Card Stock - Premium playing card stock commonly used for card games, personal and corporate events and occasions. Smooth and Linen finish available.
  • 310gsm Casino Card Stock - Casino grade playing card stock used in casinos, high end card games and higher-end applications. Smooth and Linen finish available.
  • 330gsm Royal Card Stock - Our thickest and most rigid card stock available for Poker and Bridge Sized Cards. Smooth finish available.

Oversize Card Stock Info

  • 410gsm Ultra is our thickest and most luxurious card stock available
  • 330gsm Royal is our standard base option for tarot and flash cards
  • 310gsm Casino is a casino grade card stock, acceptable for use with any card size except 4" x 6"
  • 300gsm Premium is a premium card stock acceptable for use with any card size except 4" x 6"

Each of our card stocks are black core.

Note: Options marked with an Asterisk* are designed to best fit a deck of 54-56 cards. Poly bags will only fit decks of up to 56 cards.
Note: All oversize cards will come banded at no additional charge if no other box option is selected.

Note: Color saturation and density may be affected by printing on Recycled or Kraft stocks. We cannot print on Midnight Black Boxes. - available design options are Foiling, Emboss/Deboss and Spot Gloss.

Note: Order minimum for laminate finishes is 100 boxes.
2 Part Box Exterior Finish*
Thumb Slot Cut Outs on Lid of 2 Part Box?*
Note: Thumb slots add $0.20 per box.
Shrink Wrap Boxes?*
Note: There is an additional charge for shrink wrapping your boxes, rate is determined by quantity and product size.

Note: Order minimum for saddle stitched and perfect bound books is 50 sets.

Artwork Match Prior Job?*
Is this a reprint of a prior project with us, or should we reference the art from a previous job we have produced for you? Please note we keep a sample of each job we produce for 6 months. If your order is older than this and matching art to your existing product is critical, please mail us a sample deck for us to match to during production. We will mail your deck back to you with your order.
