To facilitate collection of monies for programs scheduled during the school year, a one-time fee of $50 will be required. Included in this fee is a school T-shirt, and other school spirit items distributed over the course of the year. Please submit a separate form and payment for each child attending the Early Childhood Program.
Please use this form as well to order each child a YTCTE ECE T-shirt. The children will be asked to wear these T-shirts on certain days throughout the year (trips, special events etc.) Please be sure to double check your selection as once the orders are placed, they cannot be changed.
