Please fill in the following information as completely as you can. The more information that we have about your production, the better able we will be to prepare for your show. If you need to send us additional information then please do so on the details above or attach at the bottom of this form. Please contact the Technical Office in good time should you require any further assistance with any aspect of your show. Please submit this form to the Technical Office NO LATER THAN 24th May 2019.

SET & PROPS

Describe your set, props and furniture below. It would be very helpful if you could include a floor plan, this can either be attached to this form or sent separately via email. We use AutoCAD or Google Sketchup. If your production relies on suspending objects or cloths then please check the venue's capabilities carefully. Detail your rigging methods and be aware that the suspension of any objects or cloths over the performance or audience areas will be subject to approval by the Technical Office.

Please be aware that under no circumstances will you be allowed to fix anything to the floor or walls of the venue.

Please take into consideration when planning your set that there is limited storage space in the venues and short turn-around times between performances.

The Technical Office is not in a position to be able to supply furniture, props or costumes for productions.

LIGHTING

Included in the venue specifications is the lighting plan for the venue. This plan is there to service all the productions performing in the venue. A limited number of the units will be able to be refocused as specials for your production if required. Bear in mind that the focussing of the units will need to be included in your set up time for each performance.

If you plan on bringing any lighting equipment with you, e.g. extra lighting units or practical fixtures then please detail them below as their power requirements will need to be calculated.

We cannot supply companies with specific lighting gels, however we do endeavour to set-up a warm and cool wash from our stock of gels. We don't supply smoke machines or any other effects equipment.

SOUND

In most performance venues we provide a basic PA with single CD playback and the facility to connect a laptop or mp3 player. Please check the venue specification carefully and unless specified the equipment is not suitable for a band, does not include microphones or DI boxes and there are no lines between stage and the control position. Note that this does not apply to music venues.

AUDIO VISUAL - if used

Please give a full description of the AV elements used in your show. List the equipment you will be bringing with you and indicate where your projector will be positioned and how you plan on rigging your projection surface. Be aware that the placement of projectors in walkways or aisles is prohibited.
