Please select your requested space reservation type: *
Select in-person if you want to reserve an on-campus classroom with the technology that allows for simultaneous in-person and virtual attendance.

For Spring 2023, please note the following policies:

  • Students, staff, and faculty are responsible to evaluate their own risk to COVID-19 and to be mindful of the risks to others. Where possible, campus activities, classes, and spaces will be set with enough space that those who elect to be socially distant may do so. Those who wish to do so may elect to wear masks in any setting.
  • Classrooms are equipped with technology to allow for synchronous in-person and online meetings (meaning any event taking place in person has the capability to also include virtual attendance). Recording an event is also possible with this technology. Student organizations and houses are welcome to use this technology as long as the requestor reads and agrees to our good stewardship policy.
  • All members of the King’s community (vaccinated and unvaccinated) are encouraged to consider CDC guidelines to mitigate the spread of COVD-19. Within King’s exclusive spaces (the Student Union, Lobby, 5th Floor, and 6th Floor at 56 Broadway as well as DeVos Hall), masks and social distancing are optional. However, masks and social distancing are still required by all individuals in 56 Broadway elevator banks until further notice.

This plan remains subject to change throughout the spring semester.

Please fill out this form to reserve a virtual room for an event or meeting. Each virtual meeting room has the capacity to host 300 participants. Certain campus-wide events (such as PRS) may apply to host an event using the Zoom webinar format which can host 1,000 participants. Webinar-style events must be approved by the Office of Events and Production.
