Hartford Stage is proud to support the wonderful work of the many charitable organizations that make our community a better place to live. Since our Ticket Donation Program launched, we’ve annually awarded $100,000 worth of tickets in support of non-profit organizations. While we would like to grant all ticket requests, Hartford Stage receives more than twenty donation letters each week, making it impossible to fulfill them all. We grant a limited number per production – once this limit has been reached, no more requests will be fulfilled. Our priority is to support the efforts of non-profit arts organizations and community organizations in the greater Hartford area.
Donations are limited to one pair of tickets only. Date and seating restrictions will apply.
Donations are to be used for fundraising purposes only (to be raffled off or sold to raise funds for the requesting organization).
Donations are limited to one request per Main Stage season, per organization.
Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of your event, to provide enough time for processing. We are unable to respond to phone calls or e-mails requesting donations or following up on requests.
Due to the large number of requests that Hartford Stage receives, we ask that you please do not contact us to follow up on submitted requests. Once your submission is reviewed, you will receive an e-mail notifying you whether or not your request has been approved. If approved, we will mail a certificate to the address provided on this form.
