This Sunday (7/5/2015) from approximately 12:00 a.m. EDT to 3:00 a.m. EDT, we will be performing scheduled system maintenance on our firewall. Since our current hardware firewall is no longer supported by our datacenter, we are replacing it with upgraded hardware to improve our systems and prevent future outages.
We expect server downtime to last no more than 15–30 minutes.

This routine upkeep should greatly improve our servers and prevent issues like the recent downtime and bugs we have experienced. We understand the frustration surrounding these events, and are continually working to minimize impact and create an excellent user experience. To further this goal, our teams will be meeting this week to discuss better strategies for handling downtime issues when they arise.
