MarketingProfs. How the AdWords Conversion Reporting Updates Enable Better Tracking of Macro and Micro Conversions. Recently, Google AdWords announced changes to its reporting functionality in the “Conversions” column, making it more important than ever to understand the different types of action you want your visitors to be taking on your site.
