Veteran software company experiences 50 percent year-over-year revenue growth, doubled employee count
INDIANAPOLIS (Dec. 30, 2015) — Formstack, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that helps businesses collect more leads through a suite of powerful online form tools, today announces its year-in-review results for 2015. With the introduction of new product offerings and an expanded workforce, Formstack saw significant growth in its client base and average revenue per user in 2015. The company experienced a 50 percent year-over-year revenue growth and a 125 percent increase in new revenue from its highest paid subscription plan.
Formstack also continued to grow its remote workforce, with remote employees outnumbering local employees for this first time this year. The total employee count nearly doubled in size from January to December 2015. To accommodate this growth, the company created new leadership roles, including additions in the talent, development, support and product areas.
“A clear focus on helping marketers convert traffic, in addition to expanding our remote workforce to include the best talent available, has helped Formstack achieve massive growth,” said Chris Byers, CEO of Formstack. “Not only have we surpassed many of our long-term revenue goals as a company, but we’re excited to expand our offerings in 2016 to further help marketers capture more leads and scale their best strategies.”
