My journey to Formstack was not too long. I graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and went on to work in Corporate Partnerships at the Indianapolis Colts. Most recently, I worked as the Marketing Associate for Herff Jones | Nystrom, an educational publisher. I currently live in Chicago with my puggle, Brooklyn, who quickly learned to acclimate to the cold winters (yes, she has a lot of sweaters).
In addition to being a massive sports junkie, I spend my time exploring the Windy City with friends and have been in a beach volleyball league the past two summers. I also try to travel as much as possible – I recently returned from a trip to Europe where I traveled to Germany, Greece and finally Switzerland where I was lucky enough to skydive over the Swiss Alps.

Hello, there! I’m Charlie Holcomb, and I’m excited to join the Formstack team as a marketing analyst. I began my journey in digital with a passion for storytelling, and I’m stoked to continue that journey through quantitative data collection and sophisticated number crunching.
I recently graduated from Anderson University (Ind.) where I wrote, edited and produced multi-media content for organizational marketing campaigns and event promotions all while developing skill sets in design, videography and event planning.
In 2013, I joined a small digital marketing agency in Carmel, Ind., and developed skill sets in content strategy, web development, and digital advertising.
Originally from Westfield, Ind., my wife and I moved to Carmel in 2013 and enjoy camping, climbing, cycling, reading, running and rugby on the regular. Come find me musing on Twitter or pretending to fit in at the nearest folk-rock show.
Hi! I’m Tao Yang, UX researcher at Formstack. I’m originally from China. I came to the US about six years ago to pursue a doctoral degree in Informatics specialized in Human-Computer Interaction. For five years, I developed skills to identify users’ needs and problems through qualitative and quantitative user research methods, such as interviews, usability testing, and controlled experiments. The topics that I worked on included exploring the impact of website usability on e-branding and investigating novel web navigation techniques for blind and visually impaired users. On finishing my degree, I decided to come to the industry to deal with real-world user needs and issues with digital interactive products. Before joining Formstack, I also worked at Luther Consulting LLC. as a user interface/experience intern.
Hi all! I’m Tyler, and I’m excited to be joining the Formstack team as the digital media marketing specialist. I am a paid traffic evangelist who’s always looking for new ways of bringing in new traffic and reducing CPL’s.
Prior to joining Formstack, I worked in both agency and in-house settings in PPC, SEO and digital marketing management roles. I also have experience in web development. When I’m not managing the Formstack campaigns, I’m usually working on a seemingly never ending list of projects for: software, websites, and ways to make my day a little easier.
My name is Matt Ritter, and I’m thrilled to be joining the Formstack team as a front-end web designer and developer. I grew up with a strong interest in design, creating flyers and building webpages for bands I played with in high school. I attended Indiana University with the intention of studying graphic design, but was persuaded by the amazing IU School of Informatics school to study their program, and develop a strong understanding of logic and computer science.
I’ve spent the last four years working as an interactive developer for LiveLink, an Indianapolis-based start-up focusing in custom mobile applications and web design. I’ve worked on all sorts of interactive projects, including native mobile apps, web apps, and responsive websites.
My free time is usually spent listening to music, shooting photos with my Nikon, playing guitar, and traveling!
