Hey there! My name is Cate Galeza and I’m joining the Formstack team as a Project Admin.
I’m a graduate from Taylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication, Journalism and a minor in Public Relations. Prior to working at Formstack, I was an EA at eaHELP where I was introduced to remote working.
I have lived all over the country, from Illinois to Indiana to California to Texas and now, Pittsburgh, PA where I live with my husband and four (yes, four) cats.
Hey there! I’m Andy Baumgartner, and I’m a Business Development Specialist here at Formstack! I’m that guy who calls you to tell you about all the great things Formstack is capable of and why we’re a perfect fit for your business!
I’m a native Hoosier and graduated from Ball State with a Communications degree. I’ve got a 3 year old son who’s my mini-me and takes up most of my free time. I’m a devout soccer fan (Glory, Glory Man United!) and even host and produce a podcast affiliated with the Indy Eleven soccer team here locally. Shameless self promotion but you can check out my show here as well as follow me on Twitter where we can chat business, soccer, comedy, or anything in-between!
As far as Formstack is concerned, I’m excited to use my extensive history in sales as well as my love for all things tech to really find the best uses of Formstack for businesses around the world. Everyday is something new and exciting around here and I’m looking forward to growing Formstack’s customer base higher than ever before.

Originally from Jasper, Indiana, I landed in Bloomington in 2002 to study percussion in the IU School of Music but veered toward technology in my career path, obtaining a B.S. in Informatics. As an undergrad I marched in the Hundred on the drumline carrying a snare, played in a number of bands and orchestras, and spent my summers teaching percussion to high school students.
My husband, Aaron and I have two furry kids, Sadie and Wilco. I am an avid antique and vintage collector/dealer, spend a lot of my free time hiking, helping my husband brew and drink craft beer, and listing to all kinds of music.
I look forward to talking with you soon about UX at Formstack! Please feel free to reach out to me via Twitter should you have any questions, ideas, or just to say hello!
Hello everyone! I’m Dana, and I’m very excited to have joined the Formstack team as an Entry Level Web Developer.
I graduated from NC State University with a degree in Design, along the way figuring out that I enjoyed the development process and being able to apply my design background to that process. I spent the next few years continuing to work for the University creating multimedia and interactive web content for their distance education programs.
When I’m not working on Formstack my wife and I enjoy exploring Raleigh, playing designer board games with friends, and relaxing while watching Netflix.
Hi! I’m Jeanna Kruse and I am thrilled to be joining Formstack as a Customer Support Specialist. I am excited to learn as much as I can while helping our clients with their forms.
I have always loved helping people and have tried to do so with my work. Before Formstack I worked in customer support for Blackbaud and before Blackbaud I worked in the nonprofit sector with Make-A-Wish in volunteer management.
When I’m not working I enjoy traveling to see friends, playing guitar, and volunteering. I have also enjoyed exploring Indianapolis and experiencing all the great options the city has to offer.
Hi all! My name is Tim Brown and I’m happy to be joining Formstack as Customer Support Specialist. Before Formstack, I worked as a Support Analyst for Blackbaud, supporting their flagship product The Raiser’s Edge and before that supported Apple computers.
I graduated from Ball State University in my hometown of Muncie, IN in 2011, studying Telecommunications and Computer Applications. When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, watching movies, following the Chicago White Sox, and adding to my ever expanding collection of Marvel comics collectibles.
