Sarah Quezada, Content Writersarahq
Hi! My name is Sarah, and I’m excited to be joining the Formstack team doing one of my most favorite things… writing!

I graduated with a master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Kentucky before moving to Los Angeles to work in the Global Studies department of a university. I then spent five years on the leadership team of a non-profit organization. I worked freelance with Formstack briefly before joining the team full-time this April. It’s a fun staff culture and the first time I’ve ever been asked to build a tower out of spaghetti noodles and tape in a job interview!

I live in Atlanta, Georgia with my husband and our two kids, Gabriella (3) and Isaac (9 months). They keep us on our toes, and we spend a lot of time at parks, swimming pools and restaurants. My whole family (well, maybe not Isaac) is bilingual except for me, but I am working hard to at least keep up with my three year-old’s Spanish skills.

My favorite things to do include playing basketball (yes, I am on a local league that is basically for moms who used to be good in high school), reading memoirs, blogging and travel. We love to visit the beach or to explore new cities. You can connect with me on Twitter. I’d love to meet you!

jeffJeff Johns, Internal Apps Developer
I’m Jeff Johns, and I am a developer for Formstack. I recently started Barley, a designer-friendly CMS with inline editing and Unmark, a bookmark to-do service. I primarily worked on all things back-end and systems-related. Before that, I worked as Director of Software Development for and Tribune Publishing many years ago—I started as a developer and left as Manager of Application Development.

I enjoy spending time with my wife and three kids, Anya, Ivy and Olen. I enjoy running, basketball, grilling and computers and gadgets. I received my associate’s degree in Specialized Technology from Lehigh Valley College.

Jason Wiese, Support Specialistjason
My name is Jason Wiese and I will be joining Formstack as a Support Specialist. I am very excited to learn everything about Formstack and help all of our clients with their forms.

I have spent my career working in the tech community. After graduating from Anderson University, I moved to Arizona to work in sales at Yelp. After Yelp, I decided to move back to Indiana to work in support at Blackbaud. I have a diverse work experience involving sales, customer support, and product development.

When I am not in the Formstack office, I am spending my time watching one of the many Indianapolis sports teams, grilling out, going to local breweries, and doing anything involving movies. I love meeting new people from all different backgrounds who can teach me something new. I am on mission to find the best pizza in Indianapolis, so if you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Vanessa Pereira, Business Development Manager
vanessa (1)I’m Vanessa and I’m joining the sales team here at Formstack. I most recently worked for ExactTarget, managing the Southern Region Sales Development Team. Before that, I rolled out the Sales Development Team for ExactTarget’s Latin American office.

I have a passion for all things international—I am a native Spanish speaker and was raised in Miami, Florida. I attended Florida International University where I studied marketing and psychology. I love to hang out at home with my 3 month old and try new recipes with my SO, who is an executive chef.

Ashly Kennedy, Business Development Manager ashly
Hi, Ashly here!  I am a Hoosier girl all the way; I was born here and went to school at IU, where I studied Graphic Design.  I moved to Chicago right after college and started working at Goose Island as a bartender.  That was kind of where my sales journey began, as I was asked to interview with a recruiting company one night while working.  From there I have continued to work in multiple areas of sales and marketing, including my most previous position with ExactTarget here in Indy.

I got married last year in Key West. My husband’s name is Alex, and we moved in to a new house in Carmel, Ind., where we have been doing a lot of work to make it our own!  We spent our honeymoon in Italy, which brings me to some of the things we most enjoy doing together – traveling and drinking wine!  Other than that, you can find me playing sports, riding bikes on the Monon, going to new restaurants, boating, hanging with my friends and family, and just trying to enjoy the ride!
