TruInteractive is a full-service web agency providing small to medium size businesses with web development and marketing solutions. For 11 years, TruInteractive has been providing a suite of services to handle online needs. We talked with Truman Hedding, CEO, of TruInteractive on how using Formstack’s online forms has helped out their business and clients.
FS: How did you hear about Formstack?
We found Formstack online out of frustration with our previous form solutions.
FS: How do you use our online forms?
We use Formstack’s online forms for lead generation on behalf of our clients. We’ve also been able to leverage the form builder platform to create robust customer service forms and application forms.
FS: How has Formstack solved a business/organizational issue?
Admittedly, prior to finding Formstack, our weakness was integrating forms to our client’s websites with the design features we wanted. We were always handicapped with what our creative juices wanted to use and what our technical abilities were able to produce. With Formstack, the sky is the limit.
FS: What do you like best about the product?
What we like most about Formstack is the support. The product itself is amazing with a ton a features but Formstack’s support allows us to produce an even better product for our clients.
FS: What features do you find most helpful?
The features we find most helpful are the easy to use interface and the seamless integration with 3rd party applications.
FS: What improvements would you like to see, if any?
One of the advantages of working with Formstack is their support team is open to suggestions/improvements. When we have an idea on how an existing feature can be improved, the support team is listening and adding it to the queue of future additions.
FS: Any tips/words of wisdom you would like to share with other users?
Our best advice to users of Formstack is to simply ask when in doubt. For those who are not using Formstack, I’d recommend you give it a shot. It’s saved us time and money and ultimately helped our clients.
