Not all of our clients use our online form builder to create value just for their company or organization. Some of them, like ProVirtual Solutions, a web services company based in Pennsylvania, uses Formstack to create value for their clients. Formstack has given Mary Motz, owner of ProVirtual Solutions, another tool in her arsenal for her web design, hosting and email marketing company. Read below to find out how Mary is using Formstack.

Company: ProVirtual Solutions
Overview: ProVirtual Solutions offers website maintenance, design and email marketing services. Most of my clients are individual proprietors, non-profits and small businesses who need reliable web services that are flexible enough to meet changing and intermittent demands. I think my clients like to work with me because I will get the job done well – and can advise them on what products and services to use that will not only meet their goals but also control costs.
FS: How did you find out about Formstack?
PVS: I saw a link to it on a message board post – another happy user had recommended Formspring.
FS: How do you currently use Formstack?
PVS: I use it to host many of my clients’ website contact forms and surveys. What’s so wonderful about the service is that I can easily accommodate different clients’ needs within one account. Some need secured form hosting, another needs to have real time access to collected data – another needs PayPal integration. Having all these features accessible while allowing for my clients’ confidentiality needs was a big selling point for me.
FS: Any other ways you might use it?
PVS: I may be using more of the additional user login feature. It will be great to tell a client they can access and administer their own forms and data when the need arises.
FS: How has Formstack solved a business/organizational issue?
PVS: Just having one place to manage my client’s form data is very convenient – and knowing that I can also easily share the data with them without my intervention is a relief.
FS: What do you like best about the product?
PVS: The flexibility and security that Formspring offers – and the easy interface that allows me to develop solutions for them that are cost-effective and reliable. I also appreciate the frequent updates – there’s constant improvement of the service.
FS: What features do you find most helpful?
PVS: The RSS feeds and easy URL links to data are a huge help. My clients just need to bookmark a URL to view current data.
FS: What improvements to Formstack would you like to see?
PVS: I’d love to see an affiliate or partner program.
FS: Any specific features you would like to see?
PVS: I know Formspring offers API – I need to learn more about that… but having an easy way to embed a data search into a website would be sweet!
FS: Any other tips/tricks/words of wisdom you would like to share with others users/readers?
PVS: I love the customizable emails that you can send to a user in response to a form submission – what really takes that to the next level is being able to insert the submitted data values into the email – and then format the text – so the user gets an instant validation of what information was sent. It looks so professional – and its so easy to do.
