After over a decade of operation, we have found that 2 weeks is typically the best amount of time to spend with us. For those of you that truly want to progress and take it to the next level, 3 week and 4 week options are recommended. If you don't have much time, but still need to feed that winter itch, we offer half sessions of 1 week.
