Data Import Timing and Confirmation

Import turnarounds are directly proportionate to the current volume of requests in Nextpoint's data queue and your data size. Typical turnaround times are 3-5 business days, starting from when an import form is submitted and the data is accessible via File Room. Any additional pre-processing or incomplete form information may cause delays.


To prioritize your import to the top of our data queue, check the option below for “SURGE" to confirm you accept the additional charges applied. Surge guarantees Nextpoint will reprioritize your import and start on it as soon as possible, but data size and processing times may still affect turnaround. Once we review your data, a member of our Data Strategy Team will contact you with an estimate of the anticipated turnaround time.
