Application to the IPA Institutional Review Board (IRB)
This form provides researchers and their staff with an opportunity to describe their study and, in particular, efforts to effectively manage study effects on human subjects. IPA’s IRB will review the study using this application and any appendices to determine if the design effectively safeguards participants.
Please note that as of January 2018,
any study seeking IPA IRB review will be charged a flat fee of $2000 for the entire duration of the study. This includes first review and all subsequent renewals and amendments. However, this is subject to change.
