USER ASSISTANCE FORM FOR USASF.net

The new system is EMAIL based. Each user must have a unique email address. Users can be:

  • Athletes
  • Parent of Athletes (who are able to add multiple children under one email address)
  • Coaches
  • Owners
  • Event Producers


If you have not tried the FORGOT PASSWORD link on the Login Screen, DO NOT FILL OUT THIS ASSISTANCE FORM.

You should attempt to recover your password first. Enter your email as the user name and click FORGOT PASSWORD.

The recovery email will come from membership@usasfmembers.net - you may need to check your spam or trash folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

We will do our best to assist you in a timely manner. We are currently experiencing a higher than normal volume, so our responses are delayed to 2-3 days. Please do not send a message more than once as it may delay your original request.
