Gym Membership Reimbursement

Here at TCWGlobal we support a healthy and active lifestyle. That's why we reimburse up to $50 (taxed) towards any gym membership every 12 months. In order to qualify:

Must be an active TCWGlobal employee and employed for 60 days
Have not received gym reimbursement within the last 12 months
Receipt of payment is required and must be from the last 6 months during active engagement
Please combine multiple receipts in one document to total up to $50, if needed. For example, if your receipt is $35, you will only be reimbursed $35 and your next opportunity to submit for reimbursement will be after 12 months.

Receipt must display:

Your full name as the primary account holder
Date of payment
Amount paid
