What do I need to get started?

All you need is a web browser. Formstack's online form builder works with all popular browsers and there is no software to download. Get more details here.

Does Formstack require a long-term contract?

No. You can sign up for any plan at anytime and upgrade or downgrade depending on your needs. You can sign up for month to month billing or save money by signing up for a yearly plan.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes. We take Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Can you bill me?

We can create annual invoices for Professional, Business, and Max plans. Contact us to request an invoice.

What's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription to our online form service at anytime from your account. If you decide to cancel your account within 14 days of signing up, we will not charge your credit card.

Do you offer support?

We offer a variety of support channels. We have a blog which allows you to read the latest news and product updates. A support site that includes full documentation of all Formstack features, a Forum which allows users to post and share messages about the product and is monitored by the Formstack team, and a variety of Videos to help get you started using our online form builder. We also provide Live Chat during normal business hours (9 AM - 6 PM EST) to give you real-time support.

Can I host the online forms I create on another site?

Yes. We offer several different ways for you to seamlessly embed your Formstack online forms on your own web site.

How private is my form data?

We take the privacy of your online forms and data very seriously. Your online form data will never be sold or distributed to a 3rd party, and we will never view or access your data unless you specifically request it for support reasons. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
